It was my first time going to LMC and they did a great job with my oil change and checked out an issue with my AC in my vehicle as well. It was great being able to set my appointment and the customer service and timeliness was a truly appreciated touch. Costs were fair and customer friendly. When I made the appointment they gave me options and realistic estimates. At the appointment my vehicle was serviced on time and the pricing didn’t change. No attempt at upsell left me one very happy customer. I will be back when my vehicle needs a mechanic.

Just moved to this area two months ago. Needed a car inspection. Ask Google for nearest automotive near me.Had very good reviews so decided to go there. I recommend this place to anyone. The staff wasvery friendly and helpful. Theyhave complimentary water, which i needed at the time. Their dogs are friendly too. I will be going back.

DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE AND FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DONT SIGN ANYTHINGI signed a document authorizing a diagnostic test for my AC. The front desk employee led me to believe this charge would cover the service of finding the issue with my AC. They did NOT find the issue, and told me they would need another $100 to look further. I have NEVER been to another mechanic who charges for their services this way. If I hadn't signed something there is absolutely no way I would have paid them that fee. Don't sign anything unless you are 100% sure of what they are charging you for. They will smile in your face while they rip you off. They are too expensive, and the service is not exceptional enough to be worth it.
Response from the owner: So sorry to hear about this. Yes, unfortunately your car has several issues going on with it. Regarding air conditioning, it can be more difficult and time consuming to diagnose. The first step in diagnosing air conditioning problems is to verify the system has a full charge of freon, add if needed, inspection of the mechanical components for leaks and on your car at the time we did not find any. The next step would be to turn on the air conditioner to inspect the pressures and operation of the compressor. It was at this point the technician found the compressor would not turn on. The additional time to diagnose this problem is a different charge as it requires more work on the technicians part to diagnose the issue. The initial $66.50 was for the freon testing and inspection. The additional diagnostic would be for the electrical diagnosis. As for signing the paper work, that is done at almost all repair shops so that you can approve or disapprove the work being done to your vehicle so that we both know what that initial amount/charge is.

HelloI just want to say me being a woman walking into a place I’m always prepared to battle and be watching everything because of past bad experiences. I felt the same coming in but after I spoke with one of the men I put my guard down. I walked in with no appointment and told them my issue with my car having a part hanging loose. He assured me what he could do. After about an hour he came back and told me what was loose and what he fixed. I asked how much he said nothing. NEVER have I ever walked in any auto store and this happened, I was prepared for the worse, but to my surprise he did exactly what was needed and I didn’t get talked into something. I’ll definitely be back and recommend this place 10 stars. Thank you for being honest and making women like me feel safe.

Response from the owner: Good afternoon Peggy, while your car specs are in the green the lower control arm bushings are deteriorating and the technician feels they need to be replaced. Sometimes it is still ok to align the vehicle which will be better than it was before but we cannot guarantee it won't wear the tires or pull or drift one side or the other. Since we cannot guarantee this one, we cannot provide the warranty. Sorry for the confusion but that was what the service advisor was trying to convey when informing you of the lack of warranty. Thank you very much for the review and if you would like to repair the car just let us know!

I stopped at 2 other spots that had a 30 min wait. I walked in, Matt greeting me right away. I explained that I was on my lunch break (in a hurry) and asked how fast he could take care of my state inspection. He said 15 mins. He jumped on it right away and a total of 15 mins, from check out to the service I was out and made it back to work in time. AND he installed wipper blades! Thanks, Matt!

Trust these guys. They do the work as stated and I asked for additional work. It was not a problem. They didn't find anything additional that needed to be done. As a woman, I always feel like I am being taken advantage of, but LMC always treats me well and explains in detail so I understand. They never are pushy or try to upsell me something. Safety of their customers is their priority while not trying to bankrupt the customer.

Do Not take your car here for service, Initially they held my car for a week without starting on it and didn't let me know anything. Charge me $1423.67 to find out they did not even diagnose an accurate problem. Just did work base on my concerns (smelling exhaust smell while driving) never did I tell them that. So when I reach out to them to let them know my check engine light was back on. They then had a list of reason why my car check engine light was present. Stated "he was not surprised it was back on, most customer don't care that their check engine light is on." Why wouldn't you let you customer know everything you encounter when service their vehicle. LMC automotive robbed me of time and service.

I want to thank all of the guys who I came in contact with at LMC Complete Automotive a huge thank you for being SO VERY RESPECTFUL! Especially to all the single women out there in need of auto repairs looking for an honest and respectful auto shop I highly I highly LMC.

I was on the internet searching for a new Auto Repair Shop to take my car to when I came across LMC Complete Automotive. After reading a lot of their outstanding reviews I gave their office a call. I spoke with Gary & explained to him that my Battery Service Charge light on the dash started coming on the night before. I needed to take it somewhere that didn’t require an appointment and who wouldn’t have to keep the car for an extended period of time. I explained to Gary that my dealership told me that I needed to replace the throttle body however after we spoke for a couple of minutes he told me that he thought it was the alternator. As I was so pressed for time he told me he would go ahead and order the throttle body & alternator so they would be at the shop when I arrived.
I took the car in later that day & the diagnostic test revealed the alternator was bad. In addition, he notified me that the throttle body was extremely filthy & in order to save me some time and money they were going to do a thorough cleaning on the throttle body for now.

In addition since they completed the repair and cleaning so fast I went ahead and had them do an oil change as well. 2 1/2hrs later I was leaving the shop and my car was running like a champ.

I will be taking my car here from now on. I just can’t say enough about this place, theses guys are absolutely wonderful!!!
