LMC is trash. No communication and poor job by staff with customer service. If you do not pay for them to fix whatever issue you have with your car, you don’t matter. I paid $90 for diagnostics which is crap because still do not know what’s wrong with my car or how much it cost to fix the problem.
Response from the owner: I am sorry you are not happy with our service but I feel that is not a fair review of what happened with your car. Not sure what you mean by the no communication part, we received your car in at 9:15 am and we checked it out and were calling you back to let you know what was wrong with the car at 12:38pm the same day. The service advisor explained what was wrong, the water pump failed, and the engine computer had two stored codes for high cylinder head temperature and engine protection enabled. He also informed you that the engine was severely damaged with a cylinder head gasket leak, (blown head gasket). We find this by using a tool that has chemical fluid in it and will turn green if it detects combustion gases in the cooling system, which your vehicle did. Listening thru the call recording, I heard the service advisor explain that the vehicle would need the engine replaced. At LMC we recommend an engine in this case as doing cylinder head gaskets can get expensive and we are worried about the rest of the engine and its condition. We do know that there are other "remedies" and fixes out there for this, but we cannot perform those here as they can generally either fail, not work or is only a short-term fix. I am not sure what you mean by if you don't fix the car you don't matter comment because we did exactly what we told you were going to do and you stated on the call recording that you were thinking of replacing the car or decide what to do at a later time. Your mobile mechanic called as well and I talked with him at length about your car and the issue it was having and what we found, how we found it and explained the reasons why we recommend an engine and that we are unable to do head gasket replacements on that vehicle. LMC found the head gasket leak and the water pump leak, I am not sure why the mobile mechanic even replaced the thermostat with all these other issues that needed to be corrected as well.If you changed your mind about looking for another car then we can certainly write an estimate for the repairs if you wish.

I recommend LMC Complete Automotive 100%They were honest and helped me with my SUV problem. At AutoZone, they told me the problem was the starter, but LMC checked on it and they found out it wasn’t the starter. I just needed to change the battery and the key fob. LMC diagnosed the problem with precision and they saved me unnecessary costs. They told me to go get a new fob and it was truth! I bought a new one and problem solve!Also, personnel was very attentive, quick, and helpful!Thank you so much!

They're an honest mechanic shop. One of the service advisors is the pleasant the other isn't. They are very expensive but provide great service. Winston (the shop dog) is awesome. Go play fetch with him while you wait.

Response from the owner: Well, to say we are a terrible place because we wouldn't ILLEGALLY pass your cars state inspection is not a very fair review. We have to follow state law, we do not make the laws and you won't pay the fine if we were caught passing your car when it should fail. I am sorry you are upset by us doing the RIGHT thing. But the good news is, if you correct those issues we can issue the state inspection without any additional charges.

Went to get my car inspected and passed with no issues. Very next day the car would not turn on at all this morning. They were the last check my car. Then the person working the front desk said it would be 89 to do a diagnostic on the car. Why would we pay when they were the last to touch the car. Never back to LMC.
Response from the owner: Sorry to hear about your troubles with the car. A state inspection is a non intrusive inspection of the car safety items and a inspection of the cars computer via the testing machine. These machines don't do anything but check for trouble codes and not ready monitors. The service advisor was letting you know that a diagnostic charge would be needed to diagnose the issue. If the car would not start it could be a battery issue which we would not charge to check that part of it but performing a state inspection would not harm nor even inspect the cars battery. Lastly, no repairs were performed by us on the car. If you would like, we can scan the cars computer at no charge and see what the code is (if the check engine light is on) and give you some insight on what it may be or check your battery for you at no charge.

It was my first time going to LMC and they did a great job with my oil change and checked out an issue with my AC in my vehicle as well. Just moved to this area two months ago. Needed a car inspection. Ask Google for nearest automotive near me.Had very good reviews so decided to go there. I recommend this place to anyone. The staff wasvery friendly and helpful. Theyhave complimentary water, which i needed at the time. Their dogs are friendly too. I will be going back.

Do Not take your car here for service, Initially they held my car for a week without starting on it and didn't let me know anything. Charge me $1423.67 to find out they did not even diagnose an accurate problem. Just did work base on my concerns (smelling exhaust smell while driving) never did I tell them that. So when I reach out to them to let them know my check engine light was back on. They then had a list of reason why my car check engine light was present. Stated "he was not surprised it was back on, most customer don't care that their check engine light is on." Why wouldn't you let you customer know everything you encounter when service their vehicle. LMC automotive robbed me of time and service.

I want to thank all of the guys who I came in contact with at LMC Complete Automotive a huge thank you for being SO VERY RESPECTFUL! Especially to all the single women out there in need of auto repairs looking for an honest and respectful auto shop I highly I highly LMC.
I was on the internet searching for a new Auto Repair Shop to take my car to when I came across LMC Complete Automotive. After reading a lot of their outstanding reviews I gave their office a call. I spoke with Gary & explained to him that my Battery Service Charge light on the dash started coming on the night before. I needed to take it somewhere that didn’t require an appointment and who wouldn’t have to keep the car for an extended period of time. I explained to Gary that my dealership told me that I needed to replace the throttle body however after we spoke for a couple of minutes he told me that he thought it was the alternator. As I was so pressed for time he told me he would go ahead and order the throttle body & alternator so they would be at the shop when I arrived.
I took the car in later that day & the diagnostic test revealed the alternator was bad. In addition, he notified me that the throttle body was extremely filthy & in order to save me some time and money they were going to do a thorough cleaning on the throttle body for now.
In addition since they completed the repair and cleaning so fast I went ahead and had them do an oil change as well. 2 1/2hrs later I was leaving the shop and my car was running like a champ.
I will be taking my car here from now on. I just can’t say enough about this place, theses guys are absolutely wonderful!!!
